Managed Forex Accounts

A managed forex account allows your investment capital to be managed by professional forex traders. Your money is pooled into a larger fund and the account mangers trade the forex market based on their trading system. This allows the investor a hands-off approach to this difficult market. Managed forex accounts will usually state their trading objectives and provide a track record of the funds performance over time. The investor can use this information to choose a managed fund that meets their risk tolerance levels and their expectations from a managed account. Many professional forex traders managing such accounts have great track records and produce consistent returns in bull and bear markets. Managed forex trading typically requires a significant minimum investment, often more than the minimum required to open a self directed online forex trading account, but the risks are substantially lower.
